01 General Terms

Welcome to seri88. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and seri88 ("we", "us", "our", "seri88"). 03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on seri88. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are strictly prohibited. seri88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify seri88 support immediately via our 24/7 live chat.

• Keep your password complex and unique. Do not reuse passwords from other sites.
• Log out of seri88 after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.

seri88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with a third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on seri88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

seri88 regularly offers promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. The general conditions below apply to all seri88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are awarded in MYR and are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed automatically.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the seri88 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

08 Intellectual Property

All content on seri88.lat — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and the seri88 brand itself — is the exclusive property of seri88 or its licensed content partners. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use seri88's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any seri88 content without express written permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any seri88 software.
• Use the seri88 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or embed any seri88 content on a third-party website or application.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, seri88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities due to system downtime.

seri88's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

seri88 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or entirely secure. We undertake reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method, less any applicable fees, provided you have not violated these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of seri88 — including disputes relating to bets, bonuses, account access, or these Terms — you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting seri88 support.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support contact within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body as specified under seri88's operating licence. seri88's decision on all disputes relating to gameplay outcomes and account activity shall be final, unless successfully overturned through a formal regulatory complaint process.
